§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the online educational platform available at our domain, operated by AuraPath Wellness Inc. ('Service Provider').
  2. These Regulations define the rights and obligations of Users, as well as the rights and obligations of the Service Provider in connection with the provision of electronic services.
  3. By creating an Account and using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Regulations.
  4. The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The online educational service operated by the Service Provider, offering courses and digital content.
  • User – Any natural person with full legal capacity who creates an Account and uses the Services provided on the Platform.
  • Account – A personal, password-protected panel created by a User on the Platform, allowing access to the Services.
  • Services – All electronic services provided by the Service Provider through the Platform, including access to courses, videos, and materials.
  • Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service, specifying the rules for using the Platform.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. The Service Provider offers paid access to a library of online courses focused on personal development, mindfulness, and lifestyle organization. The scope of access depends on the subscription plan purchased by the User.
  2. Services are provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as chosen by the User. Access is maintained as long as the subscription is active and paid.
  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, add, or remove courses and content from the Platform at its discretion to ensure the quality and relevance of its offerings.
  4. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. The User is responsible for ensuring their device meets the minimum technical requirements for streaming video content.
  3. The Service Provider is not responsible for any disruptions or limitations in the functioning of the Platform resulting from inadequate technical equipment of the User.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User agrees to provide true and accurate information during registration and to keep this information updated. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
  2. The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Regulations. It is forbidden to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  3. The User shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. All content is protected by copyright.
  4. The User is prohibited from sharing their Account credentials with any third party. Each account is for the sole use of the registered individual.
  5. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account if the User violates these Regulations.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform.
  2. These Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
  3. Any disputes arising in connection with these Regulations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montréal, Quebec.
